Normcore Standard is the first blend creation of its second season. Unlike its previous season, which focused deeply on general customer preferences and tastes, NC 2.0 is now ramping up its messaging to reflect our view as coffee experts. 

Our belief is based on two things: lightly but well-roasted to enable its natural flavour spectrum, and easy-drinkability that allows people to enjoy the cup, whether it is an espresso, milk-based or filter.

The Normcore Standard light roast blend is built around bright layers of citrus notes reminiscent of orange and raspberry, along with yellow peach sweetness, and is finished with the calm structure of black tea. Its dark roast blend delivers soft citrus notes with a subtle, sweet, and smooth mouthfeel. 

The same concept, same blend ratio, but offering different flavour experiences through different roast styles. The blend delivers high clarity, balance, and consistency across brewing methods, making it easy 

to brew and enjoy. Thus, this blend represents the flavour intent and foundation of its identity.

MILK - Dose 21g, Extract 38g, Brew Time 25s, Milk 90g 

FILTER - Dose 13g, Bloom 30g, Bloom Time 90s, Agitate 8 times

Add 170g (total 200g), Stir 12 times, Brew Time 2m 20s

/ 96℃, Target TDS 1.3, Chanho-Tornado Brew

DARK

ESPRESSO - Dose 18g, Extract 30g, Brew Time 20s 

/ 91℃, 9bar, 20g VST

MILK - Dose 21g, Extract 32g, Brew Time 23s, Milk 90g 

FILTER - Dose 13g, Bloom 30g, Bloom Time 60s, Agitate 8 times

Add 170g (total 200g), Stir 12 times, Brew Time 2m 00s

/ 88℃, Target TDS 1.25, Chanho-Tornado Brew
